Network Analyst - Toronto

Responsibilities:Day-to-day support of the current infrastructure. Primary contact for network infrastructure related support requests, alarms, etc.Review, confirm, test and implement Change requests following CM policies.Assist in the Implementation, maintenance, and overall performance, security, and availability of Intercon Network InfrastructureDevelop, write and update procedures, technical documentation, on-line resources. Identify opportunities for improving existing processes. Build anddocument process improvements and best practices.On-call/duty rotation, carrying company blackberry required.Qualifications:Knowledge/expertise in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco Devices including Routers, Switches, PIX Firewalls, VPN Concentrators. Knowledgeof Cisco Secure ACS and Cisco IP Sensors Is an assetKnowledge of VPN technologies/network security architecture, models and methodologies, Authentication schemes, Encryption techniques and standards (3DES,PKI, MD5), Routing, and Switching protocolsKnowledge of security architecture, models and technologies - DoS/Intrusion Prevention and Detection solutions, Authentication (IKE, RADIUS), DMZ, WANDesign and Integration, and client connectivity solutionsKnowledge of TCP/IP and following protocols/technologies:HSRP, VRRP, BGP, EIGRP, Frame Relay, Cisco VPN Concentrators 3000 Series, IP Multicast, VLANs, VTP, trunk, IP services, IOS features, NAT, PAT, NTP,SNMP, AAA, Security server protocols, Access lists, Routing protocols security, Catalyst security, Radius, Tacacs+, AES, IPSec, IKE, PPTP, L2TP, PPP, PixFirewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco 1112 Secure ACS, RSA Security, Ciscoworks VMS/LMS, Cisco 2800, 2600, 800 Series routers, 3700, 3650, 2900 Series switches, CiscoPix 515E Series firewalls, Cisco IDS/IPS Network and Host IDS/IP 4240 Sensors, Site to Site/ Easy remote VPNMust demonstrate consistent, high-quality customer service skills during interactions with customersExcellent communications skills and great team playerPost-secondary degree in a technology related field desired `Linux/Unix knowledge is a definite assetCisco and Microsoft certifications desirableWork environment:Ultra light laptop, 2 LCD Desktop, blackberry.Paid on-call and duty rotation.Comprehensive benefits.Small and dynamic team.Involvement in various projects.Latest equipment.Leading Physical Security Company
