First release by Swedish virtuosos Mats Oberg (Keyb.) and Morgan Agren (Drums) who played with Frank Zappa in 1988 and featured in the Zappa's universe 1991 project. I hadn't heard anything like that since the best FZ records. Though it might sound rather Zappa-esque sometimes, Mats & Morgan definitely created their own universe. This record covers approximately everything from Metal to Classical, jumping from intricate music with incredible time signatures, to "twisted" pop songs with beautiful melodies, and heavy power rock with a trash metal flavor (it also features Fredrik Thordendal from the metal band Meshuggah). The whole thing with an incredible audio quality. Highly recommended to real music fans, and also check out "The music or the money", "Live" and "On Air With Guests" (last release) which are also totally incredible...
